In one of the shortest night announcements of The Game Awards, developer Innersloth announced that the popular “Between Us” will switch to VR. That’s right; when a brutal impostor roams on your ship, you will be able to voluntarily tie yourself to a simulated crew helmet and try to survive. Or, when your friend tries to swipe that key card correctly, you may be the one who stabbed them in the back.
The trailer only shows the new face of VR games, but the reimagining of 3D does not seem to deviate much from the simple design among us. This video shows us standing on Skeld, scanning the vents scattered in the room suspiciously, while trying to enter a series of numbers on the keyboard in front of us. Everything seems to be fine…until it is not and the screen goes blank. Among us, VR seems to be a fertile ground for jumping and panic.

The team did not share more information about the title in the trailer, but Innersloth’s website gives us more information continue:
This new 3D experience will put you and our suspicious space bean at the center of Skeld, with all the core mechanisms of teamwork and betrayal that you know and love. Of course, the VR version will also continue to support multiplayer gaming experience! Now you can real Hold an emergency meeting together. (Note: The VR version will not be compatible with the original game between us, so you can only play against other VR beans.)
