The release of “Battlefield 2042” was postponed to November 19, which puts the game’s promised public beta and early access period into question. The game’s chief community manager, Freeman, addressed these issues on Twitter and confirmed that the early access period will now begin a week before the release on November 12.
Early access gives players who pre-order the Gold Edition and Ultimate Edition the opportunity to experience “Battlefield 2042” in depth one week in advance.Unfortunately, the date of the public beta has not yet been determined, but there are rumors that the release will be in late September or Early October.
Thanks to everyone who sent support messages in the past 12 hours or so-everyone on our team is very grateful 💛 #battlefield

“Battlefield 2042” brings the series to the near future, and is based on an earth that has been affected by war and climate change. Catastrophic storms like tornadoes will dynamically tear apart in a huge firefight involving 128 players. The game is a multiplayer experience only, and has improved versions of conquest and breakthrough modes, as well as a new mode called Danger Zone. 2042 also includes Battlefield Portal, an advanced logic editor that allows players to use maps, vehicles, weapons, and other assets from multiple entries in the series to create their own battlefield matches.
“Battlefield 2042” will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
