Two years ago, South Korean developer Shift Up released a trailer for its action RPG Eve Project, We watched the PS5 game again in the live broadcast on Thursday night.

The last time we checked the title through the trailer for November 2020, although it showed a lot of action, this new four-minute video was full of it.


The game takes place in the not-too-distant future, and human beings are expelled from the earth after losing the battle with the invader NA:tives.

In order to win back the desolate and almost destroyed earth, you will become Eve. She is the survivor of the paratrooper squad deployed from the colony. They must fight against powerful enemies with new partners.

The combat in the game includes a combination of attack, defense, and dodge actions while maintaining fluidity. The only way for players to survive is to study the attack patterns of various enemies and make precise timings, parry and counterattack with multiple combinations of skills.

As the game progresses, Eve gains skills and items and becomes stronger and stronger. One way to improve your skills is to use Beta rubrics by parrying and avoiding in battle. Then, you can use it to gain skills such as penetrating super armor, performing sweeping attacks, and interrupting enemy combos. Eve also has a burst meter that can be used to activate buffs and powerful attacks after continuous parry and combos.

With the tactile feedback of the DualSense controller, you can experience the sensation of amplification, such as a blade cutting into an enemy, or even your skills stinging in your hands.

What Eve did in the game was more than just killing enemies. She will also become a terrain master by climbing walls, tactically sliding, swinging on ropes, etc. As you walk through the environment, you will also explore and obtain treasures hidden around the world.

If you want to change the appearance of Eve, there will be various costumes throughout the game.

Project Eve is still under active development and a release date has not yet been provided.
