Chocobo GP has at least 20 playable characters

You may remember that a few weeks ago, Nintendo announced the Chocobo GP in the September 2021 Direct. Well, Square Enix talked more about this game in a panel discussion at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. In fact, there is even in-depth information about gameplay, including the ability to pick up iconic magic.

Another new detail comes from the submitted question. They asked the game director Akihiko Maeda about the possibility of DLC maps and characters. Maeda did not really answer this question, but Maeda did say that there will be at least 20 playable characters in the game, and Square Enix will announce them later. However, Maeda did not say whether all 20 playable characters will be included in the release.
