When we visited Fragments of Dreams this week, there was a new and rather complicated mystery called the first rule of Destiny 2. You will want to unlock vision before jumping in: frequency echo and your usual true vision and barrier breakthrough abilities. For this challenge, you need to find three Scorn passwords to unlock the treasure chest, let’s see where we can find them.
Destiny 2 The first rule: Where can I find the Scorn password
To open the treasure chest and solve the mystery, you need to find and kill the three Scorn bosses. After aiming at the second beacon, proceed to the camp through the vertical path directly in front of the beacon. Jump up until you find the locked door. You can open the door by destroying the enemy and interacting with the interface.
When you enter the room, you will face the first boss, Akaskis the listener. You will also find a box locked behind the barrier and three terminals on the floor. After dealing with the boss, interact with one of the terminals to enter the password he discarded.
From here, you will see a path blocked by obstacles. Use obstacle breakthrough to clear the road. Keep going until you encounter the safe passage totem, so interact with it before going up the stairs and going out. This is where things get easier; now a waypoint should appear, so stick to the right and go to the next boss.
Use the barrier to break into the building and confront Kaskis the Hungry. Once you have the next Scorn password, go back to the way you came to the chest room and enter it. To find the third boss, you need to leave the chest room by entering from the second beacon, and then head to the ruin outpost. It’s near the entrance of the Broken Realm.
There is a huge rotating device on the main island, so jump between the rotating arms and walk around until you find Siirnak the Deepwalker. Defeat him, get his Scorn code, and head to the treasure chest room for the last time. After entering the last password, the treasure chest will be unlocked, you will complete the first rule to win, and get some enhanced cores.
