A sort of blog post Announced on the official Epic Games website, the upcoming v20.40 update will allow access to V-bucks purchased on PlayStation on all viable platforms. This ties into Fortnite’s shared wallet system, which is currently available for Xbox, PC, Android, and cloud gaming services.
To do this, players will need to confirm that their PlayStation account is linked to their Epic Games account. For anyone not currently using Fortnite Wallet but interested in it, you will need to follow the steps above to link your platform account to Epic. Sadly, the shared wallet feature is still not available on Switch, so V-Bucks earned on other platforms can’t be transferred to Nintendo’s beloved handheld.
V-Bucks are available through the Battle Pass, Mission Pack, or Save the World game mode. Click the link above for the Fortnite Wallet FAQ and any additional information.
In other Fortnite news, Robocop, Scarlet Witch, and Maria “Chica” Lopez have all joined the battle royale this month.
