The title goes in and out with the Xbox Game Pass, and another batch of games will be discontinued on July 1st.
So far, there are eight games that have been confirmed to leave the Xbox Game Pass in July, including titles for both PC and Xbox consoles (thanks, Wario64).
One of the biggest games to end the service is Monster Hunter World, which was added to the service in April 2019. The game arrived just in time to play the crossover with The Witcher 3.
Soul Calibur6, which was added last July, will also be removed along with Outer Wilds on July 1st.
Other games that will be discontinued are: Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, Battle Chasers: Night War, Messenger, Mistover, Out of the Park Baseball 21.
Just this June 15th, the following games have been removed from the Xbox Game Pass: Ace Combat 7: Skyes Unknown, Night Call, West of Dead, Wizard of Legends, Observations.
Some removals may be disappointing, but there are hundreds of games to play on the service. To honor, Darkest Dungeon, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Backbone have recently been added. Also this week, 10 Bethesda games have been added to the Xbox Game Pass. This includes Doom, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, The Evil Within 2, Wolfenstein 2, and the old Fallout titles for PC.
In addition, we can expect Microsoft to release many titles from its in-house studio in the future. The company recently stated that it would like to release at least one new first-party game to the Xbox Game Pass every three months.
