Genshin Impact gets a new trailer teasing Yunjin

In the game awards last night, Primordial shock Won the “Best Mobile Game” award.After that, we got a Brand new trailer For the game. This shows the sneak peaks of Arataki Itto and Garou, and new characters that will appear in the future- Yunjin.

Although most of the trailers are well-made, they don’t show anything we don’t know is coming. The unobstructed view comes from Lightning, an archipelago that we have just finished exploring with the new 2.3 update.

Arataki Itto and Garou have also been confirmed before, and they showed their own trailers in the Genshin Impact 2.3 live broadcast a few days before the release.

Yunjin is slightly different. This character appeared briefly at the end of the trailer, overlooking Liyue Harbor, and has not yet appeared in the game. Only by making fun of the official Genshin Impact social media account (and of course leaked in advance), this character is likely to appear in the next major update of the game.

Yunjin is a geographic character who uses polearms, which makes her the third geographic character to be released consecutively after Garu and Ito. This is a very much needed role injection for elemental classes, because players used to have limited choices when building geographic teams.

That being said, a celebratory trailer showing content that won the Genshin Impact award is a good touch for a game that has been around for quite a year, even if it doesn’t have much to do with upcoming content.
