Insomniac Games showcased the new Marvel Wolverine game during PlayStation Showcase in 2021

Facts have proved that Spider-Man is not the only Marvel superhero that has received attention on Insomniac Games. In the recent PlayStation Showcase, Insomniac teased two major announcements. One of them is Spider-Man 2, which has Venom as the main character, but the second is a brand new adventure starring Wolverine himself.

Apart from its existence, not much information has been revealed about the upcoming game, but we do understand the tone it will adopt. Wolverine has never been the most “excited” character, and Insomniac seems to respect this in the first trailer of our upcoming game. We currently don’t have any release date information, this is just a short preview of the team’s work in Insomniac, but it is interesting to see that the studio has more branches in the Marvel world. With so many superhero adventures coming from various developers, now is a good time to become a fan of comics, and also a good time to become a member of the Marvel family.

According to the latest PlayStation Blog postal Regarding the announcement, “Marvel Wolverine is an independent game directed by Brian Horton (creative director) and Cameron Christian (game director), who recently led the Marvel Spider-Man: Miles Morales Creative work, this is a game we are very proud of in Insomniac. In our Spider-Man game, our goal is not only to respect the DNA that makes the character so popular, but also to look for opportunities to make it feel fresh and genuine Reflecting the spirit of Insomniac. Even though Marvel’s Wolverine is in the early stages of development, from the emotional narrative and cutting-edge gameplay I have seen (see what I did there?), the team is already creating something truly special.”
