Japan: Nintendo Switch series sells 148,690 units this week, Mario Party Superstars tops the list

For the week of January 3, 2022 to January 9, 2022, the team at sales tracker Famitsu provides the latest charts for Japanese boxed software and hardware. In terms of hardware, it remains the king of the console space for the Nintendo Switch family of systems, with 148,690 units added this week. The best-selling physical game in Rising Sun this week was Mario Party Superstar, which has sold 771,575 total copies since its release in late October 2021.
