Mario Striker: Battle League file size estimated at 3GB

One of the most popular announcements during the recent Nintendo Direct was the announcement that the new Mario Strikers game is coming to the Nintendo Switch this summer. Mario Striker: Battle League was recently launched on the Nintendo eShop with a file size of only about 3GB. You’ll be able to get your hands on the new Mario Striker game for Nintendo Switch on June 10.

“The newest game in the Mario Striker series is coming to Nintendo Switch! Get ready for Strike, a five-on-five sport like football that is very aggressive. By dribbling and passing to teammates, and using tackle, Items and smash special shots to target. If you spot an orb on the pitch, grab it and charge it up when your opponent is distracted to unleash Hyper Strike, a shot that lets you score two in one Special shot!”

“Customize your team as you see fit, equipping them not only to change their appearance, but also their stats such as speed, power and passing accuracy. Up to eight players (four per team) players) can compete against each other on one Nintendo Switch console. In addition to individual matches, online matches will feature a Striker Club mode, which will allow 20 players to join and compete to become the top club in the world.”
