Eidos-Montreal has released a new trailer detailing what is waiting for you Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
Twelve years after the conflict known as the Galactic War, the game lets you walk in Peter Quill’s boots, where you lead his buddies through the galaxy-and through whatever chaos they fell into at the time.
In the new trailer, Grand Unifier Raker brings Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket and Groot to the Universal Truth Church. Here, they witnessed the ceremony held in front of the matriarch. Grand Unifier Raker said that the matriarch hopes to share with them a truth that can end all grief and pain.
Well, because the Guardians triggered a series of catastrophic events, things have become a bit biased, and half of the galaxy is very annoyed by them. To prove that they are heroes and not zero, they will stand up to show their true composition and save the galaxy.
The video also includes the appearance of other characters, such as the telepathic Russian space dog Cosmo, who is the head of security at Knowhere. The church poses a threat to the safety of Knowhere, so Cosmo will help the guardians investigate the church and its sources of power.
There is also the Nova Legion, a space militia, responsible for maintaining the peace of the galaxy. They are led by Xandarian Worldmind, a large supercomputer composed of the thoughts and memories of the entire Xandar civilization.
When you travel in the galaxy, you will also encounter characters such as the Virgin Mary Mantis in the universe and the mysterious space alpaca Kami.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will land on GeForce Now, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S on October 26.
The cloud version of Nintendo Switch will also be launched in some regions on October 26.
