Mortal Kombat 1 game set to launch on June 8th

Geoff Keighley is busy organizing this year’s summer game festival A timeline of events seems to be slowly flowing out. One of the opening night events saw franchise co-creators Ed Boon join Geoff on stage for a live demo of the new Mortal Kombat reboot called Mortal Kombat 1. We’ve already received a trailer for the movie, with a release date of September 19th, but we haven’t seen footage from the game yet. You can catch it live on Opening Night on Thursday, June 8.
