Since the game’s debut, whether it is possible for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl to have more DLC fighters has been an important topic of discussion among fans, and many people have been campaigning and want their favorite Nick character to join the battle. Fortunately, we now have a clear statement confirming that more is on the way. Game Informer recently sat down with Ludosity CEO Joel Nyström for a Q&A session, revealing some new information about the highly anticipated “Smash Bros” inspired platform fighting game. When asked about the total roster size and post-launch plans, Nyström announced, “At the time of release, there will be 20 characters, and there will be 2 soon. Other DLC characters will be announced later.”
Other questions in the interview may also provide background information about which roles we should expect. Regarding the representative of the reality show, Nyström said, “We have no real characters in our basic lineup, and we are currently not looking for any characters for future characters,” adding, “You never know,” but the focus is mainly on cartoons, because They have more weird and creative athletic potential. However, not every Nickelodeon animated character is suitable, because some fighters that Ludosity tried obviously have “global licensing issues.”
