Nintendo announces more classic N64 motherboards for Mario Party Superstars

Nintendo announced more details about the Mario Party Superstar, which is the hottest version of the Mario Party series coming soon. The upcoming series of games that are beloved by fans collects 100 of the most popular mini-games in the history of the series, as well as 5 classic game boards from the early days of the Nintendo 64-day series. We already know the peach birthday cake in Mario Party and the space park in Mario Party 2, but now we know all five classic chessboards where players can expect to fight.

In addition to these two, players can also smash dice in the Yoshi Tropical Island in the original Mario Party, Horror Park in Mario Party 2 and Woody Woods in Mario Party 3. On Yoshi’s tropical island, you can shuttle between the two islands to try and visit Toadette to buy a star, but players need to pay attention because she can swap places with Bowser at any time. In “Terror Land”, players can safely walk by the cloth king statue during the day, but at night, it can steal stars from players and passers-by. Woody Woods puts players in a defensive position because they will pay attention to Monty Moles, who can change the direction of the board when you least expect it.

If you prefer mini games, you can go to Mt. Minigames and concentrate on experiencing them. You can take a mini-game-only course and use Nintendo Switch Online to compete with friends or strangers from all over the world. Players can also check who can get the longest winning streak in “Survival”, or work together in the multiplayer Tag Match. Mt. Minigames has seven courses for players to enjoy (although Nintendo pointed out that some courses can only be played online).

“Mario Party Superstar” will land on Switch on October 29th.
