Phasmophobia’s anniversary update eliminates some losses
The update to the co-op horror game Phasmophobia was launched on September 18th and introduced some nice changes in the very successful indie game of the first year. If you forget, we published an article, the author called it “the best ghost game ever.” We also awarded it the best cooperative game of 2020.
Phasmophobia has completely redesigned its first birthday, making it easier to track things related to ghosts. Navigation is much simpler now, and you can cross out the evidence at any time.
Perhaps the most relevant to some of us, I won’t say who it is, it’s better to lose now. Instead of getting a fixed fee of $10 because of contract failure, you get insurance payouts based on the chosen difficulty. Now, you will also know which type of ghost you have defeated, which is very useful for learning the 16 kinds of games and the rising ghostly weird flavors.
As a sprinkle on top, Phasmophobia now has an offline single player mode.
This update is accompanied by short and sweet instructions from independent developers from Kinetic Games. “It has been an amazing year for Kinetic Games and Phasmophobia, and I want to thank everyone for your support. Today, Phasmophobia is one of the highest rated games on Steam. It’s incredible. It’s something I’ve never Think about what will happen,” it said. You can read Full update on Steam.
