Question Games is working on a new South Park title that could feature multiplayer

South Park Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone revealed last August that a new South Park game was in the works alongside “several spinoff films” and more, and now, we know which studio is developing the game.

reveals a career page, question game, the team behind The Magic Circle and The Blackout Club, is working on a new South Park game, and a job listing could hint at multiplayer. The listing also reveals that the game will be developed using Unreal Engine and is intended to be released on “modern systems” such as the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

“Question and South Park Digital Studios are looking for a lead level designer to produce a South Park,” reads the lead level designer job listing on the issue’s game careers page.

The requirements section of this list shows that a multiplayer experience is a must for anyone applying, which could suggest that this South Park game might feature some kind of multiplayer. This will be especially interesting because South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: Broken But Whole are both single-player games.

“Multiplayer Experience – Released at least one multiplayer game as a Senior Level Designer or equivalent,” reads the requirements for the Lead Level Designer position.
