Sad news for Genshin Impact players, Ayato Kamisato is not a horse

If you keep watching Primordial shock Twitter, you may have heard of an upcoming character-especially Aya Dou- As a horse. seriously. I mean, in a fantasy world with ghosts, talking birds, dragons, and Pymon, surely it wouldn’t be too strange, right?

We regret to inform you that this leak is completely false and an exaggerated joke. In this article, we will break down the source of these hijinx and how it spread so quickly in the community.

The Ayato horse leak originated from Twitter user Mushi sharing a screenshot of Wangshen Funeral Parlor discord-a popular Genshin Impact leak center. In this screenshot, Discord user abc69 is asked to provide some interesting information about Ayato Kamisato (the character we mentioned in the character story but did not actually see it in the game). In response, they said that Ayato is a horse, and an obvious joke must be to get some laughter and nothing else.

This joke was subsequently captured by user Mushi and posted on twitter (see below). The account was actually created yesterday, and its tweet history is full of jokes and leaks. Despite how obvious the troll post published in this way is, it is of course included in the community and spread online.

Over the next few hours, this joke gradually developed into a leak that some Genshin Impact users really believed in, so many larger and more reputable leakers came forward to clarify that Ayato is not actually a horse.

It fully illustrates the culture leaked around Genshin Impact (and their performance in most cases), such things can spread and be regarded as fact by some players. Although it’s interesting to see people who bought this gimmick publicly and the memes created in response, it does remind people of the importance of checking the source. Otherwise, you may get into an awkward situation by running around.
