Shadowrun trilogy coming to Switch in June

Paradox Interactive, a benevolent giant that develops and publishes games for decks around the world, announced today that Shadowrun Trilogy, a collection of three critically acclaimed role-playing games in the iconic fantasy cyberpunk Shadowrun setting, will be released in 2022 Launched on consoles on June 21, 2018. Shadowrun Trilogy is a remake of the Shadowrun Returns RPG originally published by Harebrained Schemes, updated for the console experience with upgraded graphics, improved performance, and controllers Optimized gameplay.

Originally funded through Kickstarter within 28 hours and the first Kickstarter-funded game to launch after raising over $1M, Shadowrun Returns is a story-rich RPG set in the famous Shadowrun universe turn-based tactical combat. Designed by Jordan Weisman, creator of the original Shadowrun tabletop RPG, Shadowrun Returns was critically acclaimed on PC and mobile, with two sequels soon followed. Standalone sequels Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Director’s Cut and Shadowrun: Hong Kong – Extended Edition join Shadowrun Returns as the Shadowrun trilogy, coming to consoles later this year.
