Sony Unveils New PlayStation Production Animation That Will Play Before Unknown Movie
Studio animation that airs before movies is nothing new. Promoted by the likes of Marvel Studios (though who could forget the establishment of Fox’s 20th century trap-centric intro animation), seeing some gorgeous animation from the studio lets you know, “Hey, it’s a movie” and Rarely seen we make. ”
That’s the case for PlayStation’s film arm, PlayStation Productions, which opens the Tom Holland-led Uncharted film in theaters this Friday. When you sit back and watch, you’ll also see a new PlayStation Productions animation featuring PlayStation mascots like Horizon Forbidden West’s Aloy, Ghost of Tsushima’s Jin Sakai (who’s also working on his own film) , God of War Kratos and Atreus, The Last of Us’ Joel and Ellie (which we’ll see in HBO’s upcoming show based on the game later this year), and Asto Bot.
Of course, you’ll also find Nathan Drake from Uncharted, Sackboy and Ratchet & Clank. And, if this new animation is similar to the Marvel Studios animation, it will change over time to include new and returning faces.
Starting February 18th, you’ll be able to see this PlayStation Productions animation when it airs before Uncharted. While you wait, please read game whistleblower Horizo n Forbidden West review and check out game whistleblower Unknown movie review.Watch game whistleblower Then interviewed Uncharted movie star Tom Holland.
