The Cyberpunk 2077 team is investigating a bug introduced in Patch 1.5
CD Projekt Red is investigating various issues reported after patch 1.5 was released Cyberpunk 2077.
According to the studio, one of the issues being investigated is the disc version not launching on PS4 after applying the patch.
On PC, the game has been reported to crash due to audio software related issues. Since the crash is most likely caused by an audio software conflict, CDP has identified the issue with audio drivers such as A-Volute, Nahimic or Sonic Studio. It is currently investigating the issue.
As a temporary solution, Studio recommendation Disable the above drivers before launching the game.
The possibility of raising the FPS cap of the Xbox Series S is also being investigated. While it’s working on that option, the studio doesn’t know if it’s even possible.
The same goes for PS4/PS5 trophy transfers. In the case of the trophy, the team is looking into whether this could happen retrospectively.
