One of the biggest games shown in the Nintendo Direct demo on Thursday was the full unveiling of Bayonetta 3, developed by the talented team of Platinum Games. In a recent interview with IGN, Bayonetta 3 director Yusuke Miyata talked about the newly launched monster abilities. This fascinating new mode allows Bayonetta to control demonic creatures and face off in monster-like battles. The following are Mr. Miyata’s views on the new features of Bayonetta 3 that will be exclusively launched on Nintendo Switch next year.
“Unlike the previous game’s climax summoning to automatically defeat the enemy and return to hell, this mechanism allows players to control the demon and release a large number of intuitive actions during the game. Each demon’s abilities are different and are advantageous in certain situations. It can be changed at any time. How many people are there? What else can you do? Well, I still have a lot to tell you, but I have to stop here. However, there is a lot of information hidden in the trailer, and I didn’t introduce it here. So please consider watching it again before the next release.”
