The League of Legends series Arcane will debut on Netflix on November 6th

Netflix announced the League of Legends animation series, Arcane, Will premiere on November 6.

The news of the broadcast date was announced today along with the new trailer during the Tudum event of the streaming service.

The background of the show is Runeterra, where there is the rather prosperous city of Piltover, adjacent to the poorer underground city Zaun. The story tells the origin of the two league champions Jinx and Wei, and the “power to tear them apart”. It will also focus on the cities mentioned above, and thanks to Hex Technology, the balance of power seems to be shifting to the favor of Zuan City.

You will notice that there are other familiar faces in the trailer. These characters include Caitlin (Katie Leong), Jace (Kevin Alejandro) and Victor (Harry Lloyd).

Vi will be voiced by Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) and Jinx by Ella Purnell (Undead Army, Star Trek: Prodigy).

The show will be broadcast in three acts, with three episodes in each act. The second act will be broadcast on November 13, and the third act will be broadcast on November 20.

Arcane is developed and produced by Riot Games in collaboration with Fortiche Productions.
