“Practicing an artistic and deadly form of martial arts, Glaivier cuts a path across the battlefield, weaving attacks together with her spear and long knife,” Lost Ark Patch Notes read. “Glaivier has two different skill sets that can be switched between Focus and Flurry, each stance and skill set represented by one of her two weapons. The shorter spear is used to launch in a focused stance Furious barrages, while longer spears use a flurry of stances for graceful lethal strikes and sweeping attacks. While some builds may focus your attention on one of these weapons, an effective Glaivier can be used in A balance is established between the two stances to maximize their potential, accumulating energy in one stance to provide an impactful stat boost when switching to the other.”

It allows players to explore new areas of Arkesia, where they will find that the settlers of South Vern have borrowed technology from many different races to turn this once barren land into a place of well-watered and green pastures.

“Hearing rumours about the dangers plaguing North Fern, the Senate shut down South Fern and instituted a new Order of Knights,” the update reads. “Ilyin, Queen of Fern, who suspects something is wrong, has ordered Knight Commander Avril to investigate. What will happen to this peaceful continent? Uncover the secrets of South Fern as you venture into this new region, meet new characters, and complete quests. Mystery. South Vern’s storyline will end with epic battles and the ability to change the future of Arkesia. South Vern will join PUnika as a second Tier 3 continent, requiring an item level of 1340 to begin.”
