The tribe mode will enter Doom Eternal with the 6.66 update next week

Eternal doom The 6.66 update is coming soon and it will feature the long-awaited horse mode.

It was initially revealed in this year’s QuakeCon panel discussion that this update is expected to be one of the biggest updates of the game to date. In addition to the tribe mode, you can also look forward to enhancements to the competitive 2v1 battle mode, which will include new arenas and winning streak-based rewards.

Because the development team didn’t want to break anything, no more information about the update was revealed, so you just need to stay satisfied with the trailer until the content drops on October 26.

The tribe mode is a brand new arcade-style single-player experience that promises to provide players with the “diversity and challenges” they have been looking for in the game.

Id Software originally planned to release a free invasion mode for Doom Eternal, but due to the consequences of the pandemic and remote work, development was affected. The studio decided to create a new model instead.
