Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will land on PlayStation 5 in one package. The bundle is called Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, and remakes the last two Uncharted adventures, providing fans and newcomers with the most impressive versions of the two games.
The trailer called the series a remake, but did not list any specific improvements. One would imagine, following the usual improvement of the current generation re-production, 60 fps/4K resolution.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was launched in 2016 and is a widely acclaimed farewell by Nathan Drake. The game revolves around the now-retired explorer, who starts his last mission at the request of his long-lost brother Sam. In our review, Game Informer editor-in-chief Andrew Reiner gave this game 9.5 points (out of 10), calling it “the best uncharted sea so far, telling a story that I don’t want to end, and a hell The reward for the end of the adventure.”
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy arrived in 2017 as a smaller independent expansion, starring supporting characters Chloe Frazer and former villain Nadine Ross, teaming up to find Ganesh’s legendary ivory in India. The pairing paid off. We got 9 points out of 10. The critic Andrew Reiner said, “Lost Legacy can easily become Uncharted 5. It is anyone’s guess where Naughty Dog will go next, but I would love to see Chloe and Nadine Come back for another hunt because they are as charming as the Drake family. They are a great team.”
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves will launch PS5 and PC in early 2022. This marked the first time the series appeared outside of Sony’s platform and continued Sony’s initiative to introduce its first-party exclusive products to the PC.
