What are you playing this weekend?

The weather is getting warmer, spring is here, and the sun is starting to shine brighter. So, open your windows and let the breeze surround you while you start your game.

This week we’ll take control of 13 different characters, do some 5v5s, check out our farm, and enjoy a little horror.

Connor Makar, Staff Writer – The Haunted PS1 Demo Disc

I’ll sit down and play some old PlayStation games this weekend

I’ve seen a lot of indie games in this style over the past few days, which I believe encouraged this adventure. An annual collection of indie horror games called Haunted PS1 Demo Disc, since I love it, I think I’ll restart some of them. Either way, it was a great retro weekend for me.

Dom Peppiatt, Feature Editor – 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim

Fortunately, I already have the code 13 Sentinel: Aegis Ring On the Nintendo Switch I have something to write about next week. Spoiler alert: it’s still one of the best narrative games Atlus has ever made. In fact, I’d go even further…I think it’s probably one of the best games of the last generation. It’s essential on PS4 and just as important on Switch — in fact, it’s probably better now thanks to some performance tweaks and changes to the overall balance.

This weekend I’ll be having brunch with old friends, making some new ones, and taking my ridiculous dog out for a long walk…so good to know that with my limited free time, I’ll let myself Immerse yourself in time travel narratives, traumatic childhood memories, and forbidden loves that span the time-space continuum. Take it easy, Dom. At least I’d know what to do if—suddenly—a giant mech happened to show up in central London.

Kelsey Raynor, Guide Writer – Valorant

I rested for a long time Valuation Went back to it recently, so I’ll probably spend most of the weekend finishing the battle pass when I have time. Having said that, I haven’t finished Undertale yet. So, I might spend an evening sitting in the backlog.

Other than that, I’ll probably find something else to complete my backlog so I don’t want to start a new save on Elden Ring. Just wait and see.

Stephany Nunneley, News Editor – Stardew Valley

I haven’t checked out my farm, husband or dog stardew valley It’s been a long time, so I figured I’d fire up the game and get familiar with everything again. I believe Elliott wrote a lot of poetry during this time, and the Yeti may have been chasing the rabbit. I’m sure the farm is overgrown and needs weeding, and the locals might wonder where I’ve gone.

Other than that, I’m doing wedding stuff. I tell you, it never ends. I wish we could elope to some warm place and get married on the beach instead of figuring out the location setup, who’s standing with us, which band or DJ to hire, and trying to find someone to tame this crazy, angry beast is my hair.

So, that’s what we’re going to do this weekend. What is your plan?
