Zynga denies Bloomberg’s report that the company owns the Nintendo Switch 4K development kit
Kotaku has contacted the developer Zynga, who was nominated to own the Nintendo Switch 4K development kit in a Bloomberg report last night. This company, known for its smartphones and Facebook games, is developing a new Switch and smartphone multiplayer game based on the Star Wars series called, Star Wars: HunterA spokesperson for the development studio denied the report and stated that they did not have the Switch 4K development kit, thinking that this was what people expected them to say.
Zynga denied this report. “Just to clarify, Zynga does not have a 4K development kit from Nintendo,” a company spokesperson told Kotaku in an email. “As the Switch developer of the upcoming Star Wars: Hunter game announced by Zynga on the recent Nintendo Direct, we can confirm that none of the developer kits owned or received by Zynga are 4K developer kits.”
